Mapleleaf Vision is committed to keeping things simple and transparent. These outlined clear terms and conditions ensure that you always know where you stand.

Adhering to these terms also ensures your working relationship is always clear and comfortable, enabling you and your coach to focus completely on you and achieving your goals. All new clients agree to these terms and conditions when embarking on a coaching service with Mapleleaf Vision.

Commitment

Mapleleaf Vision is committed to supporting you on your journey to reach your goals. Behavioural change often takes time to implement and more importantly sustain, for this reason, the coaching industry recommendation is that meetings take place weekly or fortnightly initially for best results. Keeping momentum is key to the success of your coaching, which is why frequent sessions are important to the degree of success you achieve.

Mapleleaf Vision offers a choice of packages to enable clients to access the level of support right for their needs and budget. All bespoke package sessions must be completed within a 6-month timeframe. The results you achieve, depend very much on you and your engagement, openness, effort and time investment in the process. Every individual is different and so are the results achieved.

Take, for example, an analogy of a golfer – if you pay for 12 golf lessons and practice in between, take on board advice, engage with the process and give it your full commitment, you are responsible for the skills you achieved at the end. A great coach is only as good as the effort and commitment the client invests.

So, whilst it would be impossible to offer guarantees, Mapleleaf Vision is committed to consistently support and facilitate clients achieve tangible outcomes and goals.

Coaching Sessions

Each coaching session is 50 minutes in length. Coaching session may occur virtually or in person subject to distance. Whilst Mapleleaf Vision offers a range of appointment times to fit different working patterns, it is recommended that you try to schedule in all package sessions at the start of your programme. It is your responsibility to confirm the agreed session, to communicate with your coach if you need help between sessions and to ensure you are time, prepared for each session.

To be prepared for your coaching session, having agreed actions completed and ready to discuss is vital to keep progressing: this is your work as an accountable client. It is not the coach’s responsibility to send you session notes, so it is beneficial to bring a notebook and pen. It is important you take note of what you need to action through the sessions, take notes of what you need to remember and track your coaching journey to fully maximise the value.

It is expected that you hold yourself accountable, be actively engaged in the process and complete all agreed actions and tasks between sessions to fully benefit from the coaching programme. Ultimately, you cannot expect to reach the end goals of your journey if you are not willing to walk along the path; your success is in your hands, Mapleleaf Vision will help you take a step at a time to reach your desired destination.

Time Keeping

It is an expectation that you adhere to established appointment times and agree to begin and finish all appointments on time. If you are running late, please notify your coach; the amount of time you are late will simply be deducted and your appointment will still finish on time.

Please note, if you are more than 15 minutes late and have not notified your coach, it will be assumed that the appointment is cancelled, and you will be responsible for the coaching fee.

Session Cancellation / Postponement

You may cancel or change your coaching session up to 24 hours prior to that session’s start time free of charge.

Cancelling or postponing within 24 hours of your next session, or in the event of a “no show”, will result in you losing the full cost and benefits of that session.


IMPORTANT – Please always give 24 hours’ notice if changing your session times to avoid losing the value of your session. Your coach loves being flexible and working around your schedule; but if inadequate notice is given, Mapleleaf Vision loses business when left with an empty slot that could have been filled, so please value your coach’s time as much as your coach values you.

Payment

Mapleleaf Vision accepts cash, bank transfer, electronic funds transfer (EFT), and PayPal. Fees are payable in advance and payments must be cleared before your coaching journey session commences.

Payment Instalment Plans

Mapleleaf Vision offers an instalment plan to support individuals accessing the bespoke coaching packages. It works as a 3-payments split over the duration of your coaching programme package. Due to the additional administration costs, a 10% fee is applied to instalment plans. Where instalment plans are selected, it is not a subscription service and therefore the client is liable for the full payment of the programme.

For clients who wish to work more intensively or over longer periods of time, Mapleleaf Vision is committed to supporting individuals with flexible solutions.

Special Discounts

From time to time, Mapleleaf Vision may advertise special offers.  Any special discounts will be valid for a limited time only and cannot be applied in relation to any other offers.

Extending the Contract

Mapleleaf Vision is committed to working with clients to determining a coaching agreement that suits your needs. If you wish to extend your coaching contract beyond the original agreed number of sessions, there are different options available to facilitate your needs. Please speak with your coach, who will be delighted to support you finding the best options.

Termination of Contract

Mapleleaf Vision is committed to working with clients to determining a coaching agreement that suits your needs. If you wish to terminate the agreed coaching contract early for any reason, the following notice is required for all bespoke coaching packages:

30+ days advanced notice in writing for a full refund of remaining unused sessions; a cancellation fee of £60 is applied.

Mapleleaf Vision reserves the right to terminate an agreement and provide a full refund of all unused sessions if there is a breach of the terms and conditions or any other reason that would impair the coaching relationship.

Mapleleaf Vision’s 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Mapleleaf Vision offers a satisfaction guarantee on all bespoke coaching packages. If you are not satisfied with your coaching experience within your first 14 days and can demonstrate commitment to the programme by completing between-session tasks, please speak with your coach so a resolution can be found.


If you feel coaching isn’t for you, Mapleleaf Vision will cancel your payment instalment plan and/or refund you for the remainder of your coaching package. A cancellation fee of £60 is applied You will be charged for any sessions you have used or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice; any remaining balance, less cancellation fee, will be refunded within 5 days.
