They come along to view (or not show up), walk around kicking the tyres and then go off to ‘think about it’.

NOTHING – a ghost. Or they arrange to collect but never show up.
Career tyre-kicker

They look at all the job adverts and don’t apply for anything.

They look at the job adverts again and take no action.

Fast-forward: 6-months later

You know what you want to do next and have a reasonable grasp of how to go about applying, but you haven’t done anything about it.

B
You are genuinely stuck and don’t know what else you could do or how to go about a career change, so this is why you have been unable to make the A decision.

- Decide to get help, contact a career coach and invest so you can find a career you love.
- Decide to do nothing, you will be in the same position until you retire.
Unless you make that one decision and follow it through, you will keep kicking the tyres going nowhere.
